HOUGANG

From this programme, i learnt alot of things about Hougang. We go through ups and downs together as a team. As the leader of this team, i learnt how take responsibility and become a better leader for this team. I am very proud of my member's effort and comitment. They helped me and support me throughout this project. Working with them is a plesure. in conclusion, this project have taught me alot about Hougang and life values.

First off, I would like to start of with saying that I had a really awesome time doing the project,  although we met alot of difficulties but we worked together to overcome it. I feel that this project had helped me bond between my classmates and get to know more about the outside world. Before the project,  I didn't even know that there is a kampong around Singapore,  as many of them had been developed into HDB flats and other buildings. Living in Hougang for so many years and I didn't even know the history of it makes me really embarrassed. Through this project I get to know more about Hougang and how it got its name "Hougang" from the past. My group members had helped in in many ways and I really like working with them, I really hope there is more projects in future and I could work with them again. Our group are able to work together,  we are all reliable and punctual for the group meeting. Different key questions were allocated to each individual. Each person researched their information thourougly, and were all organised and co-ordinated everything together as a team. Overall, I really enjoyed everything and hope do to more projects in future. 

From this applied learning programme i have learnt alot of history of places in singapore and on the particular areas in hougang ! This programme also allows me to bond closer with my classmates and realising how great they actually are ! Although we had to change our choice from fort siloso to hougang having to restart everything we strived and work hard and managed to make everything great (: at first i didnt knew anything from the start and now i find that understand the history of places in singapore is important.

During The Applied Learning Programme I have learnt a lot more history about Singapore. This Project make me bond a lot more with my classmates. Even though during the Project we have went through ups and downs like I couldn't meet up and go to this particular place but we still manage to finish everything. Lastly, we also get to know more about Singapore's History and I enjoy doing this project.
